Yes and a huge helping of delusion.. could even signify significant underlying mental illness. I mean that seriously rather than an insult..

I'm not sure if trump is that delusional. He may be very well aware that he is lacking in everything of value and that is why he constantly has to assure himself of his wondrousness. If he really believed in his own excellence he wouldn't have to convince himself of it repeatedly would he? So his constant self-aggrandizement is a definite tell that he is filled with self-loathing and lacks self-esteem. He is after all a physical coward. He talks bigly badly about folks and then when he is in the same room with them he says nothing. What he is I don't know. But none of it is safe or useful to America or the world. He is extremely useful as in idiot to putin of course.Thank you for your reply Addb!  :)

He has to be delusional... to think he is a genius and great, and that people of the UK like him.. that's definitely a bit delusional :P  I see what you mean though... but I think, and it's just personal opinion, that there is a level of delusion whereby they have convinced themselves of these obviously lacking traits to the point where they brag non-stop.. Could go either way... you may be right... and that may be why he needs constant reassurance... but what we do know for sure, sane, reasoning people really don't go along with his self-delusion.
