"Give the guy a chance. He is new at this. He will grow into the job and learn how to be a president ".How long a learning curve?

Every job has a learning curve. Even jobs you've done before elsewhere have learning curves because the supervisors are different and the co-workers are different and the talent/ability/experience and quality of work exhibited by all of them is different. I get that. HOWEVER isn't there a timeframe however variable within which you know if the employee is worth keeping? If no learning or improving is occurring when does the  employee get sacked/bounced/booted/fired?

We knew he didn't have what it takes and would only get worse... and it seems even the Repubs knew in their heart he would be useless and dangerous.. many still think that but are stuck with him now :(

He is far more lethal and dangerous and evil and corrupt than I could ever have imagined. His strength comes from knowing his base will never abandon him. So he sells America out to Russia. The base doesn't care. Whatever he does/says they will support. It matters not one whit what it is. The spineless toady Republican majority in the HOUSE are scairdy cat toady sycophants afraid of their own shadows. They will never do anything to stop him on his quest to give Putin everything he wants and America too. It is obvious and irrefutable and inescapable. Thank you for your reply Addb and Happy Sunday to thee! :)

Exactly what does it take to become President? What you need to understand is that holding a lesser political office is, by no means, a guarantee that he or she would make a good President. You also need to realize that everyone who ran for a political office, that never held political office before, and was elected, had to go through on the job training. Everyone has to learn their job. The police, the firefighters, the military, the plumber, the welder, etc, all had to learn their job, on the job. With that in mind, do you think that Hillary Clinton has what it takes to be President? Does Trump have what it takes to be President> So far he has either fulfilled many of his campaign promises or is in the process of doing so. Something that some Presidents before him didn't do, didn't want to do, or simply didn't have what it took to do. What's the real reason behind the hatred most of the liberal Democrats and establishment Republicans have for Trump? It's not his politics. It's more his style, his way of dealing with matters and the fact that they hate change. It's no longer business as usual. The American people wanted a change and they got it, much to the chagrin of the establishment politician and the liberal Democrats. I've said this before and I'll say it again, the Democrats have no leadership to help them along. To show them where they need to improve. Because they have no leadership, all they know how to do is to attack, attack, attack Trump, regardless of how asinine it is and just how desperate it makes them look. As always, just my opinion. :) :)
