Some have no sense of direction or ability to think logically. They place cart before horse and wonder why nothing happens. Know any?

They do not get actions/reactions. Cause/effect. They don't think ahead. They do not foresee any consequences of their actions. They live NOW. No before. No next. NOW. Is that enough to survive and thrive?
