So far no US prez has ever been locked up for high crimes and misdemeanors. Do you think one day it will happen?

If true that in America NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW shouldn't that mean presidents can be subjected to life-time incarceration if charged/convicted of high crimes and misdemeanors? What say you?

    The penalty under the Constitution for a President is impeachment.

    I figure were about to see the day when a US president will be charged with treason. Not sure about this part but if it's a treason charge none of that impeachment stuff applies -  the person is taken/dragged away to stand in a military court and if guilty taken/dragged away to a military prison. Cheers!

    We'd have seen it had Ford had a spine. Pence is similarly chickensh*t, so he'll probably be pardoned. There's precedent. Treason could be hard to prove, but obstruction is self-evident.
