If no American citizen had voted for TGITWH could he still have become prez? If the fix is in and the system is rigged how would it happen?

Trump won more Electoral votes than Clinton. The Electoral College functioned just as it was meant to function. It's part of our Constitutional Republic form of government. Something many folks need to come to grips with. There are winners and losers. In this case, Hillary Clinton lost. However, instead of accepting her loss and moving on, her followers/worshippers are incessantly screaming "FIX", "RIGGED", or "COLLUSION". I guess some of them need to do something to fill the void left by that loss. As always, just my opinion. :)
