An Answermugger jokingly referred to being arrested and killed by lethal injection for telling silly jokes in public. Why not?

If the power that bes or the powers that be is/are the butt of the "joke" he/they won't take kindly to it. So being arrested for telling jokes and put to death is not an impossibility. Are you a jokester? So you dare tell jokes that could get you into trouble? Should you? When a despot dictator has an ULTIMATE POWER who can do what he wants with you should you chance it?

    Na - noose - not lethal injection. If they ever make it a law that telling jokes in public is punishable by death my whole family including my dog will be on death row. My dog has this joke - When I say - what do you think Donald Trumps soul is made of - he says - bark bark bark. Cheers and happy weekend!

    Hi there m'dear! Well you were joking about the  possible negative consequences of joking and I'm not so sure it couldn't happen. I know. Double negative. Oh well. I just read that TGITWH is almost ready to intervene however he can can get away with it by shutting everything down vis a vis all investigations. He is a very simple old man. He wants/demands/orders/insists. If he doesn't get his way it's tantrum and hissy fit time via tweets and rallies. His outrageous actions/words are already legendary. Imagine what he would personally like to do to folks like Alec Baldwin and others who use him as a perfect butt of jokes? Silence them however he can but better yet make them be gone however he can. He is a wackadoodle nutcake who is the flavor du jour and the fad of the moment. For whatever reason that shall always elude me. I'd probably be shot at sunrise for all the things I"ve said. He's be really busy taking all of us dissidents and speaker outers. Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday Nanoose! :)
