It seems it is FORBIDDEN to wish harm to come to the most evil among us no matter how heinous the tragedy. WHY IS THAT?

Why is it that no matter the degree of evil some humans do you must not speak ill of them or wish harm to come unto them. You must tolerate them and abide with/by them and support them and accept them and fight for them and always be there for them. The "WHY" must be something really nifty because on the face of it doesn't it seem stupid dumb to support evil by saying/doing nothing? What else is going underneath the beneath below that?

You've got it all wrong: I've never wanted any harm to come to you!

Many of us don't wish harm on you because we believe that God Loves you.
