I don't use those as they're strictly to be used by Superman (M= male, F=female, Phone = Superman). Besides, they removed the last one (in this area) back in 1995.
Well that's not really the type of weed that's in the area of my expertise but I suggest you leave the purslane in your garden to protect your soil from damaging UV rays. Cheers!

The original purpose of weeds was to protect the top soil from UV rays and that was way before there were holes in the Ozone layer so it's really necessary to protect the soil these days. I don't put a penny into my gardens but they are usually the best on the block because I use a lot of home made mulches and fire wood ash. I have a survivalist buddy and he tells me if there is every an apocalypse he is going to eat my soil because it looks real nitrous. - I hope he is joking because he would have kill me first (I put a lot of work and time into my soil). It's sobering to realize that there are adults who have never seen a pay phone, let alone used one. The last time I remember using one was at an airport in 1996.
