I've done it a time or two, mainly when I'd not long passed my driving test... it was accidental.. one time my sat nav told me to go down a road.. so I did.. I thought it was a bit odd :P Another time I went into an alleyway to a car park but it was meant only as an exit...
I did once long ago at night Addb. I hadn't traveled there for a long while and did not know they had made the street a one-way street. So I turned right and started driving along and all of sudden saw headlights coming at me! I panicked of course and I think pulled into a driveway or alley. I don't recall how I got out of it but for those few moments I was terrified. I don't know how one could do that on a freeway though unless one were drunk as a skunk! Once was enough!
