Are about 5% of people truly conservative?

Conservative might be a relative word.... it kind of depends your feeling and meaning of what conservative is and what context you are using it in.  

 I would say more than 5% of the entire people-count in the world are conservative.  That is just my opinion has and no facts to uphold it.  :) :)
