Giving your life to save someone is a magnificent thing to do whether it is a loved one or a complete stranger. If the circumstances were right could you do that? Because?

I don't think I would do it for a complete stranger. As for doing it for a loved one, I don't know, if the situation comes up, I'll let you know how it goes -_- 

I was swimming with a friend one time and somehow she lost the bottom part of her swimsuit so I gave up mine to save her from em-bare-ass-ment so I am sure I would be willing to give up my life too to save hers.

I'm sure I could risk my life to save a stranger's.
