I don't get migraines, but if I'm out in the heat and humidity for a long period of time, I will get a headache. Sometimes, it's because I need to drink more water.
Not migraines, but headaches, nausea, and stomach cramps. It’s been worse since I had a severe case of heat exhaustion a few years ago. It was close to a heat stroke. Since then my body has less tolerance for heat and humidity. This makes working cell houses in the summer a chore. I always habe a towel with me that I soak it in ice water, and wear over my head and neck. I also drink 1 1/2 - 2 gallons of water during an 8 hour shift.
Our office is equipped with AC. However, since I do my job and take it seriously, I’m only in the Officer for a total of an hour to an hour and a half.
