I don't get migraines, but if I'm out in the heat and humidity for a long period of time, I will get a headache.  Sometimes, it's because I need to drink more water.

No, but I don't like it too hot or too humid.

You are fortunate to live in England for that aspect of it. Rarely is the key word.

Not migraines, but headaches, nausea, and stomach cramps. It’s been worse since I had a severe case of heat exhaustion a few years ago. It was close to a heat stroke. Since then my body has less tolerance for heat and humidity. This makes working cell houses in the summer a chore. I always habe a towel with me that I soak it in ice water, and wear over my head and neck. I also drink 1 1/2 - 2 gallons of water during an 8 hour shift.

One would think they would have an air conditioned room for you guys. (Not the inmates, of course.)

Our office is equipped with AC. However, since I do my job and take it seriously, I’m only in the Officer for a total of an hour to an hour and a half.

No...But it may be because I stay indoors most of the time when it is hot and humid here.
