Short answer.. no.. If I am treated unfairly I tend to call it out.. it doesn't make me popular.. but it's the right thing to do.. if I don't then this would allow the perpetrator to think it's ok to do that and that they can get away with it..

But you aren't the only one involved. There are others to consider. Well that won't make sense to you until you read the question. :)
