Mine is simple and awesome. I use it when I make jerky.
Soy sauce Brown sugar Garlic, minced or powder Ginger.
I start with the soy sauce, warming it in a pan. I add the other ingredients slowly until it has the taste I want. I don't measure anything. If you want, simmer it to reduce it. You can add other stuff to it if you want.
Yep :P I hates cooking.. hates it hates it hates it.. I DO it of course because otherwise we'd starve and because it's healthier to make your own food but I'd run off with a chef in a heartbeat..
No, but my Grandpa could. He made an awesome teriyaki chicken. Putting that sauce over rice...so good. He lived in Japan for about 40 yrs. I do wish I would have had him teach me the reciepe before he passed.
