Native Alaskans have a way of life they have enjoyed for a very long time. Do you support taking that away from them? Why?

I think is has to do with the specific way they fish. It seems kav wrote something that didn't support it specifically or generically. No special treatment for indigenous people. Now why would he care about that? What does he know about being an indigenous anything anywhere at any time? How can he be against something he knows nothing about?
