Yeah...I don't get that. I have also seen "fat free" sour cream. WTF?
It's someone on a diet who goes both ways.
You know it dude, Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
water?
milk derivatives, fillers, and artificial flavoring, most likely.
it probably comes in a powder form. it's probably flammable and/or causes cancer, too. o.O
you press it really, really, really hard. =)
You mix it with dehydrated water and you end up with sweet nothings.
not when you press many of them at one time with a mechanical press. almonds do have moisture content, consisting, to a large degree, of water and oils. water is probably an added ingredient also, but there's water in regular milk, too. it just doesn't have to be added.
Very tasty. I hate non fat dairy because it always tastes strange especially cheese, but this is very good. I have some in the fridge. Let me see what they did with it. 20 calories per "serving" which isn't much when you consider how much goes into a cup of coffee. That is probably a serving. So, it doesn't have fat but it has sugar which turns into fat. No difference.
Nonfat milk corn syrup (sugar) milk solids.
I do not think this is all that low-cal. I mean how many calories are in a cup of this stuff?
