I've been known to lose my temper. It's very rare.. and most recently it was on this subject.. but not in an interview.. No, I wouldn't hire someone who loses their temper in an interview; it's unprofessional and indicates someone who doesn't know how to behave.
It certainly does! It shows instability, lack of professionalism and absolute lack of control. No one wants that kind of loose cannon on the payroll! Thank you for your reply Addb! :)
