Some believe that "When in Rome do as the Romans do" is bullsh **! They don't believe in adapting or adjusting to the culture of the country. I think they should. What do you think and why?

Yeah, it bugs the h*ll outa me when those Romans don't speak English like everybody else. And those phony French! They mumble and act cool, but when the tourists are gone they talk normal, just like everybody else. Mexicans do actually have a lnaguage of their own, but it only has six words: don, de, hernandez, jalisco, me, and xico. They recite those words in random order and that makes it seem like they are talking about something. I was told that by Don De Hernandez of Jalisco, Mexico.
