They work wonders for all parts of ricketyness. They bring out parts you had forgotten you even had! They work wonders for your bravery and spontaneity. I strongly suggest you have a spotter or a partner while engaging in such exercises. They are hard to get into by yourself. Sometimes you need a push to get swinging. But once your there, they are a blast!
