Isn't it easier to start off with gold and turn it into trash than start off with trash and turn it into gold?

Logically gold begets gold and trash begets trash. But life is not always logical. There are exceptions. Did YOU ever turn trash to gold or vicey versey?

This reminds me of a farmer down the road. He uses all the manure he can get from a horse lady and dumps it on his field.  Then he grows the biggest pumpkins you ever saw! People buy them suckers fer Halloween displays.

WHAT A PERFECT EXAMPLE of what I mean bh! Precisely! When my son lived in northern California many years ago I was up there visiting him around Halloween. He took me to a Pumpkin Patch in Half Moon Bay (I think it was Half Moon Bay) and I was stunned! I had never been to one and boy oh boy talk about pumpkins from stem to stern in every size they were there! My son chose a pumpkin and it was kinda like a tradition for him. Not one he learned from his time living with me. We took the pumpkin home, he cleaned it out, carved it and put a candle in it! Believe it or not the electricity went out for a few minutes and the only light we had was the candlelight from the pumpkin! Gosh I had forgotten that memory but it was really nifty. His apartment was on a bay so we could see the lights in other condos across the bay but on our side it was dark. Thank you for your reply! :)
