Very strange though rare phenomenon. Some reconstruct/reword/restate a question to suit them which changes the question. Are they unaware?

They take exception to a word or a phrase. They respond to what they think you asked bringing their own baggage to bear and never answer the question you actually really truly asked. I'm not sure if they're frustrated authors or editors or what's going on. Maybe I shall figure it out one day. Maybe I won't. SIGH. Life!
