I won't be donning a costume this year unfortunately, but If I was I think I would like to be Jacob Marley. I realize his character is affiliated with the Christmas season as he is one of the spirits that appears to Ebenezer Scrooge in Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol", but being a spectre he is also in my opinion, perfectly acceptable for Halloween. I'll put on some make-up to create a ghostly pallor and drape some huge chains (plastic of course) around me and probably go around bellowing lines like "I wear the chain I forged in life..."
I'm thinking of going out as a zombie Paul Bunyan I got all the logging equipment and a plaid jacket so I will just have to put some zombie make up on my face. Cheers!
