How could you who voted Dem have screwed us all with assured gridlock in Congress?

That means nothing passes and a waste of indefinite years ahead.  Did you realize this as you voted?  The old "If I can't have my way, it'll be no way" mentality!  Surely you didn't believe you'd take the Senate, too.  Yeah, you probably did.  You couldn't possibly have thought you were making this big, beneficial difference.  -__-

  • Right, that's it. People only vote out of spite, nothing else. Just like Trump was elected out of spite too?

The same way the GOP screwed us all when they openly said they would oppose EVERYTHING Obama tried to do.  Karma is a wonderful thing.

So what we’re seeing is an admission that Republicans have no intention of bipartisanship, even if it means doing nothing?

  • Oh they'll do something, but not without compromise, or it'll be the old blame game back and forth while the government is shut down and they continue to draw paychecks.

And yes, I do realize my question is blaming, but intentionally.  I would rather not say the reason why as it may incriminate me. :P This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at November 7, 2018 6:13 PM MST

  • Not enough stood up to stop the evil Democrats in the mid-terms.
