Is Grouse edible D? Ever go hunting for anything? I can't imagine your being gun-savvy or killing any living thing. If I were to visit England I'd want to go to Harrod's first. Wouldja go with me? Grouse is a quite large gane bird like a Pheasant Rosie.....The upper class twit snobs breed them and then free them just so they can blast them out of the sky's in huge hunting parties that Lords and landed gentry huge estates... They are all eaten or sold off to fancy Resturants that the toffs frequent for their nose bag....they are al full of pellets from shot gun cartridges ......not that many years ago the cartridges were filled with lead.......( very healthy for toffs to scoff). Lol
I have friends that work in Harrods....it's vastly over priced and everything has a horendou mark up..... Its owned by rich Arabs and there are not nice to their staff like Al-Fayed use to be.... Realy rich Arabs go there and spend millions at a time ....They spend so much that they are allowed to do anything...... Many wipe their noses on clothing and do disgusting things on the floor.....Arab boy kids have their own unlimited cash cards and really young kids can buy what they want.... Its St Andrews golf course you mean I think......my dads friends have played there many times ..l
Unless you're very rich ,you might only want to browse around Harrods ....it's also craned packed with quite unpleasant people.......not all mind....but it's all you will remember I think.....lol
That area of London is not that cheap to buy things of get a coffee....it's a different world around that whole area...

Nothing like having a friend to set you straight! Yes sweetie St. Andrews it is! Boy my Jim would just LOVE playing that historic course. All the greats who played there throughout the yaers. So your dad's friends have played it? How awesome is that? Well I just heard about how fancy pricey upscale Harrod's is. I couldn't afford to buy anything there but I wouldn't mind cruising the store with you just to see for myself what it's like. I'm really unfond of rude and disgusting behavior though so I don't know D. Maybe it's best if I am left to wonder about and not experience it. I've never tasted Pheasant. So the wealthy shoot them for target practice? A pox on their houses for doing that! That is seriously sick. Getting kicks out of killing living things is not my cuppa tea. So where would you take me if I were to visit you? What's YOUR favorite spot (besides home of course) D?
