No. They were not deserters. They were enslaved. They were replaceable and they were incompetent. Many of them had no business even being part of Congress. That Wilber Ross is so old he probably can't find his own way to the toilet. Trump barely can himself. I'm sure you saw him walking up the airplane with toilet paper hanging from his shoe.
They are flip-flop sycophants that should be ousted from any politics for good. But they have money and backers. That Lindsey Graham is the most loathsome two-face on the planet. He will do anything to kiss Trump's butt, seconded only by Paul Ryan and Pence. So with those morons at the helm, the Senate and House were GOP robots who were at the mercy of a demented boss who broke all the rules of the Constitution each and every day. A MORON among MORONS.
The Senate is unbalanced. The Senate and HOUSE both were unbalanced and now we have at least CONTROL of the House. I think the HOUSE is the place to start draining this mire that Trump aptly named. THE SWAMP. He did not build a wall, but he created the swamp he lied about. Now there is a SWAMP and he is the chief Snake swimming around in the mud of it.
They deserted their posts Sharon as surely as if they had run away. Empty suits filling seats means nothing. They deserted the country in its hour of need and for that I shall never forgive them.
