Can one man if he could make an endemic disease happen all on his own?

Not transmitted, just contrived like putting cesspool heaps of putrid stuff in one place to fester?

Because of a bugs short lifespan ,most all bugs and more so viruses mutate very quickly.....in turn it means they are quite different from the first nasty little critter......:(

  • OK just curious though couldn't that happen in dark, no air, moist place where somebody does a number 1 or 2 constantly say like in a back ally corner by a building in the combat zone in Boston? Just think of the murky stink! It sure smells like a disease I kid you not.
How do they ever manage to clean these places? Jet blasts of disinfectant from a hose? This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at November 12, 2018 6:54 PM MST
