    Not necessarily. He's just trying to find a way to blame the state's forestry managers for a fire that started in a federally managed reserve.

    Thank you for your reply Sbf  and Happy Thursday. Sigh. The don started off in 2015 unraveled. Now he is apparently having major tantrum/hissy fits as he isolates himself away from the world. He doesn't even pretend to care. He can't even go through the motions of "doing his duty". If reports are accurate he is yelling at everyone, furious at everyone, and going deeper inside to hide. Wonder what wonders today will bring? :(
