Not everyone is onboard with the open borders agenda. What's YOUR solution to 500 people storming the border?  The There are legal, orderly, and level-headed approaches, and then there is chaos. It's easy to offer criticism, how about switching it up with a viable alternative? This post was edited by Randy D at November 26, 2018 9:27 AM MST

Well, there really aren't any good choices here, but I would rather they used tear gas than shoot people.

Me too. Although babies and children probably don't like it so much. Welcome back L. How was the trip to see your relatives? Great I hope. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday. The border situation is a creation of the john. It is going perfectly per his plan. SIGH. :(

"The border situation is a creation of the john."

The current issue of this caravan reported to be largely made up of Hondurans is decidedly NOT the creation of any one person, and certainly not the one person you claimed. It is in fact a culmination of many precursor events orchestrated by several people, some of whom you side with AND some of whom you despise.  To place so much of it at the feet of Trump is to attribute more to him than he could accomplish singularly, unless it is your position that you adore him so much you want to bestow praise upon him. If you're aware of many current events taking place throughout both Central and South American countries, there are actors in this theatre* who conduct themselves independently of and/or in spite of and/or in opposition of Trump, so he is clearly not alone in responsibility for what's happening at the US southern border. Educating oneself before spouting rants is a lesson Trump could use, and so could some of his detractors.

You often tout how much you dislike dishonesty; are you equally willing to refrain from it as you are to decry it?

None of them like it much, but they had to know there would be some retaliation for what they're doing.

It was good - had a nice time with family for Thanksgiving and tomorrow is back to work. :)  Hope you and Jim enjoyed your dinner, too.

The drive was very good - no traffic going down and just a little coming home, but I left there around 11 AM to beat the traffic.  Missed you, too. :)

And to avoid any of it all they have to do is apply for asylum without entry. Could have been done in their home country at the US Embassy.

They have no case for asylum. Under the law they are required to stop at the first country they are safe in....Mexico offered them all citizenship and jobs.
