Moreso than in past elections, people on both sides of the aisle find themselves having to "choose the lesser of two evils" and are planning to "hold their nose and vote". Sure, there are some Trump supporters who fit your description, but they are the minority from what I see. Most really don't like or want Trump, they just feel the alternative is worse.
Earlier this year, I visited a site with a user base almost entirely composed of Democrats. The deep and acrimonious divide between the Sanders supporters and those that backed Clinton was, at that time, shocking to me. Now most ardent Sanders supporters are going to back Clinton...not because they like her, or because they want her as president, but because they see her as the lesser evil than Trump.
It is no different with many who will vote for Trump. They see him as less evil than Clinton.

I know some who are considering write in as well, LM. Also some who are voting 3rd party and others who won't vote at all. Ultimately, though, I expect the majority will vote with their party's nominee, regardless of how they feel about that person.
