    Probably not, Promme Frites yes, processed.specialty prepared no.  Do remember everything except Pommes Frittes has a VAT.  Note Pablo was born is Spain and escaped to France in the Spanish Civil war (36-39).  Pablo was notorious for his hatred of taxes.  He was also notorious for his love of pornography - if you ever get the chance take a gander at his hidden notebooks.

    So I will surmise like Shereluck Homes, I do not think so since it elementary he was a cheapskate.  Pommes almost everywhere in the EU are generally exempt from Vat Taxes.  I cannot say about the UK.
