Well it is complicated. I mean there are things that need to be censored but are not. For instance, most garbage that Trump tweets. Those should not be allowed to hit the air.

The one who should be censored is the one who cries FOUL about other people when the heat is aimed in his direction. According to him, everyone who disagrees with him should be censored.

I am for self-censorship. But some are unable to do that so they must be censored by an authority. TV stations are fined for inappropriate broadcasting. Employees can lose a job for not self censoring themselves. Users can be content deleted/edited on websites if they violate rules for that site.
I purchased a censor for my TV that works with the closed captioning.
