  • The sweeping freedom of expression that judges exercise on the bench, doesn't mean they are always right. If the defendant was accused of treason, then the remarks may have had some relevancy. Such editorial opinions expressed in open court by a lawyer, are often objected to and usually are sustained. Most judges know where the line is drawn. The sentencing phase doesn't invalidate the outcome of the case.

    Well this time he IS right.  

    Tell me what you know about this investigation?  Just making blatant statements about judges does nothing to establish why this judge said what he said.

    He definitely is not going to cross any legal line.  That is Giuliani's job.

    To defend this group of criminals by just making useless blanket generalized statements would not win you a debate in a high school

    What do I think Flynn did?  I think Flynn sold out his country.   People like him do not deserve any free pass.  But, he will not be welcome anywhere.

    EVER.  He is a useless tool now, useful to no one.    I think he should spend whatever pennies he has stolen or saved and hide.  Especially from Russia.  His days are numbered.  Jail would be the safest place in my estimation.

    I'm not clear to whom he sold us out though Sharon. He had a contract with Turkey and was working to get them what they were paying him to get while he was in the White House but also he has some involvement in the Russia deal so did he just sell us out to multiple buyers? He is such a jerk. I see no signs of intelligence there anywhere. He is a  GENERAL? For cryin' out loud is that the best we can do? No wonder we are still in Afghanistan if that is true.     It is so darned unfair.  Just because you are guilty of treason and betraying your country for a few rupees, they have to get all testy and call him out for it. So unfair.  WAH WAH WAH.
