The Draft Dodger stable boy sez he would have made a Great General! Do you agree? Are great generals usually cowardly?

Can you  name ONE?

What a psycho.   This is the imaginary general.  Like the hero he is not.  You know the one who runs into school buildings to thwart shooters before they can get away.  That jerk.

He thinks he knows more about technology than anyone.  He said that the other day.  Also, he says he has done more for religion than anyone in history.

WHAT A WILD IMAGINATION.  What a pathological liar.

If you base whether he would have made a great general or not solely on the fact that nobody knows what is going on with him at any given time ... he would have been one of the best AND worse generals in history, depending on what metric you use.

A great general is not predictable by the enemy.  So that would be very good.

Great generals are also reliable to their allies and troops.  So that would be bad.

He also seems the type that would be willing to sacrifice troops for worthless goals.  So that would be bad.

He also shows a complete disregard for people with more expertise than him, if he disagrees with them.
So even if he were in the military, it's highly doubtful he would get any officer rank.  I doubt he'd even make it to Sergeant.
(though, on the other hand, that attitude may have been disciplined out of him pretty quickly - as it was with someone I knew personally)

I just think it is ludicrous that a spoiled brat kid who had his daddy dearest buy off a doctor to write an excuse for him to get out of the draft has COLOSSAL nerve saying he would be a great general. What an a ** he is. As stupid dumb as he is corrupt venal and evil. Sheesh. Thank you for your reply Walt. He would not be hired for any job that required being done efficiently. Not even a latrine cleaner or poop scooper upper. He is totally unreliable and stupid dumb so there is nothing there that would appeal to me. I've hired lotsa folks in my time and he is such a loser I probably wouldn't waste my time even interviewing him. Ah. Just thought of a nifty question. Hope you answer it . You'll know the one I mean! Thank you for your thoughtful reply!  :)

And the only people who believe it, are the ones who already know he is a crook.  It does very little to influence people who are on his side.  It mystifies me.

  • Slick Willie and BHO probably would have made fine generals too if either had gotten off his backside and bothered to serve. As it was, we only got to see what sorry excuses for Commander in chief each turned out to be.

Slick did a lot of good.  Trump did nothing good at all.  Just a liar.

BHO did even more good.  Let's face it, compared to your guy?  Even Hitler looks good.  At least Hitler knew politics.

If trump were a general, he'd always have to wear brown pants.  And, more than likely, his men would turn on him ("friendly" fire?).

I figure Trump wouldn't be good general because he already showed me he is a incompetent  commander in chief. He gave the location of a US nuclear sub to the Russians when they were visiting the white house - he was confused about what direction a US Navy fleet was heading and recently he released a video of himself with a US seal team. Another reason I don't think Trump would make a good general is because generals carry out orders and I don't  think Trump would do that because he would figure he had a better plan or gut feeling and he would go with that and get a lot of troops killed. For a hoot I started thinking of a General Trump and I imagined him having a special tank built that he would use for photo ops. It would be transparent and he would ride around in it playing solider for the World to see. But it would back fire on him because satellite photos would show that the tactical map he was pretending to read was up side down. Cheers!
