    boomed... as in past tense? We heard at the time that that was due to policies that had been slowly having an increasing effect.. as in there was a build up to this peak.. and that the final peak, which was bigger than anticipated, was due to one off happenstances which, by definition were not going to be repeated and the prediction was that the boom would be a glitch... followed by... and that's what we do seem to be seeing..

    Yes, because the labor participation rose. But not all of those who tried find a job found one so it raise the ue% by .02%.

    That is true m2c. The upsy daisy downsy bouncy nature of the stockmarket is not my cuppa tea. I'm sure it is exciting as he** to those who enjoy being on the precipice of fortune or disaster.
