Maybe. Love can also make you blind.

Emotions without rational thought makes you do crazy things.

True Sapphie. It is however more the hate blindness I'm really scared by when I see the rhetoric used. It has more devastating consequences for others than love will have. Unfortunately.

True. I've merely seen a lot of actions caused by hate emotions lately. Even rational people turn of their rational ways of thinking driven by their hate towards someone or something. Hmm.

It should at least. True love that is. The love for others, and not just for oneself.

True. However the love for oneself I'm talking about wiping more correctly be defined selfishness, and still can include love for a selected few. It will however still be destructive towards others.

Emotions are not bad at all as long as one set of emotions doesn't take overhand.

Had to smile when reading your last line. I don't want to be set straight. Well, at least not in every sense. Haha.

You're very much right, Lucia. Rational is a floating term. However we should realise ourselves that we are under influence of hatred and thereby no longer having pure rational ways of thinking.

Eh. I've been told previously today that I'm either cognitively impaired, suffering from some sort of mental deficit or are just completely unfamiliar with high school level English. Not much of a rebellion inside of that. Must be Lucia you have in mind. :-)

Some person got shortcomings, that's for sure. It's hard when their self-image is cracking because of some stupid liberal girl. Lolz.

Sure, one way to avoid it is to stop being hateful towards others (specific persons as groups). That will be a start to avoid the blindness we can influence for our own part.

Yes, it can. All emotion can blind the person who doesn't stop to think before they act. I try my level best not to be that person. It has both benefits and drawbacks. lol
