do you prefer to wear matching or mismatching socks

I don't wear socks    :( 

If the laundry needs done and I am staying home then mismatched socks are good enough for me;)

Matching. I buy the same socks every time so if I got two socks, I got a pair.

No. In fact my daughter bought me a pair of socks at Disneyland that were deliberately mismatched.  It's adorable.

When I need sox I buy a couple dozen pairs all exactly the same. That way I can grab any two sox and have a pair.

I started doing that when I was in the military and sox had to be washed separately. I resented have to spend a quarter to wash a few pairs of sox, so I didn't. I bought new sox until I had what I considered a washer load. That worked so well that I have continued doing that ever since.

All of mine are the same color
so I rest my case...

I sometimes wear black stockings and suspenders instead of odd socks.
