Just because you might get the details of something wrong doesn't mean it didn't happen. How important are details? Why?

  You get details wrote quite often, I don't know if it's done intentionally for cuteness sake or unintentionally, but it certainly happens frequently enough to be noticeable.  How important ARE details to thee?
