    It's called super cooled water. It must be pure. If it is place in a closed container and placed in a freezer, it MIGHT remain a liquid if not disturbed. Once you disturb it it will freeze instantly. Do not do it in a glass container.

    Actually distilled, de-ionized lab water is. Quite expensive, though.
