Lay a paper towel on the counter and center a coffee filter on it. Put 2/3 cup of grounds in the filter, gather the corners of the towel, and tie it with a twistie. Put that in 24 ounces of water, cover, and let it soak at room temperature for 24 hours. Discard the grounds and refrigerate the concentrate. When you want coffee, mix one part concentrate with three parts water and nuke it. This makes a low acid brew comparable to Kona at one tenth the price. I only use whatever brand of coffee is on sale and everybody loves my coffee.
I love coffee creamers. When I tried International Delights Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer at the holidays I was hooked! Not available anymore till next Thanksgiving:(
