Ever laugh so hard and long that it brought you to tears? I just did. Why does laughing that hard make you feel so good?

An Answermug friend just responded to a question I asked with such tongue-in-cheek hilarity it bowled me over! I was figuratively rolling on the floor laughing my a** off! A great start to any day. Do you remember the funniest thing you've ever read or seen or heard about?

    Laughing so hard just releases so many great endorphins Rosie.....and they are so very very addictive .They are good for your heart and sole I feel.Rosie.......:)D
