    I think this SOTU speech is going to  be a lot different  for Trump then his first one. In the first speech he talked about building the US military in this speech he might be talking about diverting military funds to build his wall. I don't think that will go over well on either side of the isle and when Trump doesn't get the claps and cheers he expects he just might go off script and have a hissy fit. Cheers!

    Apparently he has the power to declare a NATIONAL EMERGENCY and divert the military to the border to build his wall. How does he access the funds to do that without Congressional approval? I guess we're gonna find that out Nanoose! Oh boy! SIGH. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday! :)
