Does that guy who's suing his parents for being born without his permission make any sense at all?

  • Not at all.   I haven't heard about this one.     Did his mommy not give him affection, and his dad no attention?   ( is this Jeremy speaking in class today?)     Sorry, I am on a Pearl Jam kick. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at February 8, 2019 8:07 PM MST

  • YES!   That's not their best song, I know, but they are still a great, great, band.

The guy sounds like an idiot. Maybe they should make him dead.

  • Maybe the courts will rule in his favor and sentence the parents to kill him so that his forced existence can be undone.

  • I’m thinking something along the line of a court-ordered redo. So he gets taken out and a new child replaces him.

Raphael Samuel is his name.  He is Indian and lives in Mumbai with his attorney parents.  The reporting I've seen on this has been a complete misrepresentation as far as his location.  The people I've heard talking about it assumed this was in the USA.  It isn't.

According to this story from 2011 ... "Wrongful Life" cases were increasing in Israel.

    I like the mom's answer

The mum said if her son could come up with a rational way she could have sought his consent to be born, she would accept fault
