Ever MacGyver* your way out of a jam? Wanna share what how when?

For those aren't familiar with MacGyver.

A TV show long ago in which the hero figured his way out of jams and disasters by using whatever was available around him. Paper clips. Masking tape. Matchsticks.

    Broke a fan belt in my VW beetle. Wrapped a pair of my better half's pantyhose around the flywheel - it got me home.
