So the gasbag signs the bill to prevent shutdown. Then takes all the money he wants for his wall fence slats curtain. From whence?

From helping out states like California and territories like Puerto Rico and states like Texas or wherever FEMA assists in rebuilding. Why rebuild homes and infrastructure and give people back their lives when you can build a gasbag wall fence steel slat curtain to sate the fear of the scairdy cats who support him? No-brainer right? The Wall. The Wall. The Wall. SHEESH.
