    The best way to stalk someone is to stare into their window and watch them all night.  It's even better if there's pouring rain and lightning for added drama and creepiness, not that I've ever done that, I swear.

    Oh that's easy.   Think, woman.   We have cars.  We drive by the house over and over and over and over and over.  We have cameras still.  We take pics and send them, hand-delivered to their friends and if in school we put them in lockers if at work we put them in work mailboxes.
