If my clothes were racist, I'd be pulling them off as if bugs were crawling on me.

Clothes don't have brains, the people who create them do. Those shoes were ugly and in poor taste.

They did come in various colors. Like all apparel. But, all the choices if you were going to buy those hideous shoes, were butt ugly.

I have a black tee shirt. I wear it when I ride my 50 cc scooter and everybody freaks out because they think Hell's Angels are invading the town.

Well that is too bad because I am just being myself.  Have become accustomed in the last few years to being labeled a "racist" anyway by people who don't happen to agree with or like me.

  • What are you talking about? This has nothing to do with you personally. I just told you it’s been a controversy on news lately over some shoes.

  • You know now that you mention it I have noticed that I have this one white t-shirt that refuses to stay anywhere near the black shirts when folded away in the drawer.

  • How effing stupid, the "racist clothing controversy".  This is the first I have heard of it.  Someone mentioned this has been "all over" social media and the news.  I don't watch the news, and I don't pay as much attention to social media as some apparently.    How embarrassing that inanimate objects have now apparently become an issue. Truly an American Problem created by those that see problems in everything. This is such a non controversy created for nothing but creating divisiveness among people.  This very similar to Cultural appropriation African Americans can wear Corn Rows, whites cannot etc.  Come to the EU whiner understand your culture is going mainstream.  It is called cultural diffusion and assimilation

Things which are truly tasteless do not sell.  Mr. Market is the final arbiter all things and has been before Christ was born
