Do you ever share a piece of your heart with outsiders, strangers, acquaintances or do you reserve that strictly for those you love? Why?

I do too  R. Some folks never do. They are afraid to do so. They believe that would make them vulnerable to attack. Funny what you remember. Decades ago a work friend named Dorothy asked me why I always said what I think without holding anything back? She said doing so would give my "enemies" ammunition to harm me. I said I couldn't be any other way and so whatever would result from being me I'd just accept. But I remembered what she said and you know what? I cannot ever think of a time it happened to me that way. Maybe it's because I'm just an average ordinary normal person with no particular sway or power so I'm not important enough for folks to use what I say against me. Anyway long reply to a brief answer.
