Trumps friend with high praises for him as well...figures?
Let the people of Maine decide. I think he should be replaced.
Maine is my neighbor...Of course I have heard it.
Here it is...
Ironically, this is the same man who says he is not a racist:
I have the full audio clip, but it's inappropiate for this site. How messed up is it that a Public Official's comments, like Lepage (and Trump), have to be censored and you would scold your kid if they said them. This is what Trump and the right mean by doing away with PC
Aside from being vulgar and inappropriate, it shows that Maine's governor has no self-control. I would be very unhappy, and not likely to vote for such a man again should he run for office.
Birds
of a feather. Thank you for your reply Baba and Happy Sunday.
Yes it is and it is being defended on Answermug as well. They say they are tired of bullsh**. I say they are full of bull sh**! Bullsh** prevails either way. This is how questions are born. Stay tuned.
Thank you for reply GJ and the video. Sad ain't it
One wonders why he was elected. Thank you for your reply Spunky and Happy Sunday! :)

Indeed. Thank you for your reply HarryD! :)

It does make one wonder. Happy Sunday to you, Rosie.
Living right next door, I go to Maine frequently.
Maine is an intersting place.
When we lived in east Acton, Massachusetts my then mother-in-law had a cottage on Birch Island in Casco Bay. We stayed there a few times. She had permission to put out a Lobster trap! That's because her husband's family had been on Birch island for so long they were considered family by the lobstermen. You the penalties are very stiff if you do any poaching since that's their livlihood. So it was quite an honor to be allowed to do that. There was a gas generator to keep the gas fridge going. No electricity so we used kerosene lamps and retired early. There was a pot belly stove in the main room . There was no indoor plumbing. Going to the Outhouse at night with flashlight is not a fond memory. One day she made an all-clam meal...we dug for the clams on her property. she made clam chowder, fried clams and steamed clams. That was in the late 1960's! Everything was DEElicious! We had to let the clams soak in salty water for a few hours
to leach out the sand of course. It was quite an adventure! Thank you for your reply GJ! Memories are made of this! :)
Thank you Spunky! :)
WHAT?! Acton, Mass????
lol
I grew up in a town right next to you. Westford
Seriously? Well we moved to Massachusetts November 1965 and stayed with my then-husband's relatives in Lexington till we got an apartment. I do miss the autumns there Beyond beautiful. And the roadside stands with pressed cider and mac apples and jams and jellies. My son was born at Emerson hospital in West Concord . His mom was an Emerson. Yep. A relative of Ralph Waldo! Itr was a long time ago but I shall always have very fond memories of my time. The people couldn't have nicer. By the time we returned to California in January 1970 I guess I had a BAWSTON accent . PAHK the CAH! Those were the days! Happy Monday GJ! :)

I don't think anyone is StuB. Thank you for your question and Happy Monday to thee! :)
Concord, Lexington, Acton, Bedford...all of them are my old stomping ground. I spent so much time at Emerson as a kid every time I needed stitches. lol
My brother was born @ emerson and I used to go swimming & canoeing @ Waldon Pond all the time.
Yah otta here my accent, not for nuttin' I can't hide it no mattuh wut I do. My ahhhs still come out as ahhhs no matter how hahd I try to pronounce them. lol
Did you ever go to the Pinocchio fair at Concord Academy? Or sit on the steps of the Harvard Trust Bank in Concord? Ever go to Burlington Mall? My then-husband's aunt and uncle lived in Bedford. We lived close by Walden Pond and I'd take my son there from time to time. You couldn't go into the water of course. We took a blanket and put it down on the sand and would sit there and enjoy the view. In the autumn was our favorite time there. You could see the reflection of the trees surrounding the water so you got a double image...the trees themselves and the reflections. A lovely thing to return to in memory. Isn't it? Thank you for your reply GJ. Small world, isn't it? Ever visit the Fudge man who only came out for a few months a year? There was an awesome Italian Bakery in Boston that made a rum cake to die for. Ever have any? Gosh we moved back to California in January 1970. Why are my memories of living there still so clear and present so many years later

? It makes one wonder.
I went to the Burlington Mall all the time. I was a mall rat. lol
I remember the fudgeman but only vaguely.
Waldon Pond is really beautiful. Especially in the fall.
The northend..Oh Yes!!! I loved going to the Feast of St.Anthony celebrations, St Patricks parades...and..the gay pride parades which were always an endless source of entertainment for me. lol
I still go to Boston whenever I can but it's a 130 mile trip. I also went to the Orsan Wells cinema for the midnight shows and the Paradise all the time.
Did you ever go to the Hilltop Restaraunt in Saugus? My dad loved that place and we went all the time. Unfortunately it closed down.
I miss the Concord, Lexington area; especially in the fall.
I'm curious...did you ever go to dealership called Wilmington Ford?
