    Yep ... I've pointed out to people in the past.
    Just because you are anti-Jewish, or anti-Arab, does not make you anti-Semite any more than it makes you anti-homosapien.
    Being against a small part of a larger group (Jews), does not necessarily mean you are against the entire larger group (Semites).

    Of course, some people are anti-Semite ... because they are against everybody in that group.
    There may even be some Semites who are against anyone who is "not Semite enough" ... like there are blacks against anyone "not black enough".

    I've yet to figger that out Walt. Among African Americans it is said that allegedly the lighter you are the more in favor you are. So a Halle Berry is lighter than a Cicely Tyson. In that hierarchy Halle is better than though both are excellent actresses. For some being AGAINST and ANTI is integral to their well-being. They gotta have someone to hate denigrate deprecate. Otherwise they don't feel alive. Which is why little donny dingbat held an enthralled audience for over two hours at CPAC. He rejoices in hate and so does his audience. it is like an aphrodisiac to them. it turns on bigly. I'm gonna ask. Thank you for your reply! :)

    I think it may come from when blacks with lighter skin could "pass" easier in white society.
    So some blacks feel that only those with dark skin "truly know" oppression.

    btw - "The Yellow Rose of Texas" likely refers to a "high yellow" (mulatto) black woman.

    Thanks Walt. How sad is THAT? Thanks for the info on the song as well. I had no idea it had to do with skin color. I wonder what other information is out there I don't understand but think I do? I thought it was about a gal who loved yellow roses! Boy! Sheesh! Yikes! :)
