I have sometimes heard "bullocks" being used as a humorous euphemism for "bollocks" because the latter is regarded as vulgar. I also used to work with a guy called Dave Bullock and not surprisingly he was nicknamed Dave Bollock. Lol:)

The two-decker bus would be fun - had a go on one of those in London and enjoyed it. You could like like a snail carrying your house on your back.
A "bullock" -- not bollock lol :) -- is a desexed bull. He's had his bollocks removed at birth or within the first 2 weeks of birth. The only "nice" way to do it in under anaesthetic, which unfortunately is rarely the case. But if I were rich enough, I'd go to the local Hari Krishnas and ask if I could have the pick of 4 of their best new bull calves, and I'd pay a vet to do the job humanely. Then I'd let the little ones stay with their mothers until the natural age of weaning. In the mean time, I'd get the Hari Krishna expert bullock trainer to teach me how to handle and train them, so that they bond with me from young.
I'd do the same with the camels, going to Australia's central desert to get them. They would join the 5 horses and 2 donkeys here at our place, and become a part of the program for caring for the land.
However, I had a subsequent thought after my first answer, and I think one of the new solar powered Tesla cars would be great - especially recharging them from the solar voltaic roof panels at home. No engine parts to wear out and no fuel costs.
I did have a ride in a Lotus once, travelling from Paris to Burgundy along an Autobarn and then cruising through the countryside. The speed was amazing, seeing things go by so fast, but the car was so insulated and smooth that you could hardly feel it. No rush of air. I prefer to feel the environment around me at a slow pace, to drink it all in (when nature is being kind.)
No. They don't rock my world like the Lambo or XKE do m'dear. Different strokes! Where is Ferrari on your list of likables? Anywhere? I mean there are lots of hot beautiful cars but they just don't speak to me bh

How long a drive is that hartfire? I have never been to Europe so I don't know. Does the Autobahn have a speed limit? It's hard for me to conceive of an automobile with no engine parts! ((hugs)) That's for the Lambo Oscar. A Lambo is on my list of 5 too but I don't care which one . When my son graduated from high school I had gotten him a large poster of a Lambo Countache, had it dry-mounted and gave it to him. When he moved he gifted me with it. I still have it and that was a few decades ago! He also bought a book of all the Lambos ever made at that time and I still have that too. I'm not so much a Beamer fan. I like the XKE Jag rather than a Porsche. I like Mitsi cars a lot

Although I am not into the new "exotics", I do love the older ones. An original Countach would be a kick, better yet an old Miura would be more my style.
Same with Mercedes. Don't really care for the new ones, but a 1957 300SL roadster is an absolutely gorgeous car..

A gift from him to me when he moved out into the world. He also bought me a Lambo gift book for a Christmas present which included all Lambos ever built at that time. That was decades ago! So we shall travel in style! Thank you for your reply. Oh. My first experience with a Mercedes was when Old School and I drove up to visit my son at Berkeley in the 80's . I got to drive. It was an old solid tank-type car and it cornered like a sports cars! At that moment I fell in love and have been faithful to Mercedes ever since then. But then the Lambo came on the scene. Who in his/her right mnd could not fall under its spell? :)

I am sure it would be an experience to drive a Lamborghini..The new ones, while certainly beautiful and technologically wonderful, just seem to me to be a matter of money. whereas the older ones are more of a passion. When I see a new Murcielago I think, Hmmmm, they have a lot of money. But when I see a first generation Countach I think, Wow, where did he find it, was it restored, who cared for it that it has been kept so well. They don't come cheap either. Expect to spend 1/2 a million and up for one.
Someone who buys a new one probably hires someone to keep it clean. Someone who buys an old Miura though is out there every weekend with q-tips and towels going over every inch...
